CAUSES OF FEAR
There are huge possibilities of what one can be afraid of. We have different personalities, are growing up in different environments so also our fears are very diverse.
There are different categories of fear. For example, you can fear because of some childhood trauma you have experienced, this means if you have a memory of how when you were a kid and got stinged by 10 wasps, you may feel unease with one of these creatures coming close even as an adult. Common fear is a fear of something unknown and something potentially dangerous - it is in our human nature. It is quite normal to be afraid of some specific object, anything from an animal like spider, mouse or snake, through medical objects like needles or blood, to situations like flying, being at a certain height or in a small place. Let also not forget the fear or darkness, which is tightly connected to fear of the unknown.
